fox foot prints in the snow

A fox frequents the Roth’s place… we saw it one afternoon. Soon the mule deer that seem to live there, came down to run that fox off! He or she did too, that fox turned around and high tailed it back along the river bank and dissappeared! Guess the fox came back later… as this is new snow.

Little birds on the feeder

Little birds on the feeder

The little outdoor feeder makes a nice perch for a couple of birds. I didn’t see the little red one until i got home and saw the photo my computer… a bonus.

After a day rest at the Roth’s, Lynn and I drove to Edmonton, to the home of Cec and Jerry Caswell in Sherwood Park. The homes in the neighborhood have property and prairie views.

On my first morning, this beautiful shadow was created by the low angle of the sunshine, that far north. I enjoyed the morning sunrises from the nice cozy bedroom upstairs.

My hosts in Edmonton, Jer and Cec, had tomato plants growing in a sunny window of their kitchen. Beyond the tomato garden is part of the collection of interesting junk that Jer has arranged on their back porch.
