My mother usually hooks abstract and geometric designs, but she had painted these images on a couple of cigar boxes back in the 70’s. They were and are inspired from images created by Goya, a Spanish Artist and political commentator. She is enjoying the finished product!

Here’s another little wedding rug I hooked for Nathan and Colleen. We attended their wedding in Monte Rio, this past October. She wanted the wedding as close to Halloween as possible so i took my colour plan from there… I know you can hardly read their names… that light blue on orange just bounces your eye-balls!!

Gail Becker gave me some of that ‘Honey Comb’ wool… and i used it for texture… so fun! I ordered a bolt from Rebecca Erb… and have been over-dyeing it.
